Certified Home Health Aides

Under the supervision of an RN, PT, or SLP, our certified Home Health Aides can perform a variety of household tasks, such as personal care, homemaking tasks, and personal hygiene.

With our home health aides, we promise that your loved ones feel safer and more comfortable at home. By assisting them with their daily living activities, performing light housekeeping, and preparing meals, they can live more conveniently at home.

This service will be provided when identified during evaluation or during care received from skilled nursing, physical, or speech therapy. We can also provide:

  • Assistant with personal care, meal preparation, light house -keeping, prescribed exercise, and other activities of daily living.
  • Help with personal care on a short-term basis, such as bathing, dressing, toileting and hygiene.

Physical Therapy

  • Focus on exercises and activities that improve balance, strength, and endurance to reduce the risk of falls and or injury.
  • Improve the ability to ambulate and/or transfer.
  • Instruct in-home exercise program, gait training and safety.

Occupational Therapy

When physical limitations hinder your loved ones from doing their usual tasks, the only thing they can do is to adapt. And we know that achieving better physical performance doesn’t happen overnight. We share the same goal of helping your loved ones regain good physical performance. This is why we are here with a great deal with the help of our occupational therapists.

Our qualified Occupational Therapists will prepare exercises designed to help the patient regain their self-care capabilities and normal daily life function. Among the services they can provide include:

  • Evaluate the need for, and Evaluate the need for and train in the use of adaptive equipment to aid in performing activities of daily living.
  • Perform therapeutic exercises for activities of daily living, to help facilitate maximum level of functioning.
  • Help create a holistic perspective, in which the focus is on how the patient adapts to their environment to fit the need, safety and comfort.
  • Focus on the ability to perform activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and household tasks.
  • Instruct in-home exercise program.

Speech Therapy

Our trained Speech-language pathologists will perform evaluation and treatment of communication disorders and swallowing disorders. They can utilize different speech therapy techniques to help those with speech, communication, language, and swallowing difficulties perform the following:

  • Instruction on communication and safety swallowing techniques.
  • Instruct on techniques, exercises, and assistance in regaining speech abilities, which may have been impaired due to an accident or other conditions.
  • Improve memory and cognition/thinking skills.

Medical Social Worker

We strive to help you and your loved ones cope. Thus, we offer medical social workers to provide counseling, psychotherapy, and referrals to appropriate resources. This way, we can help you cope with the challenges and make the right decisions.

Our agency is contracted with Laboratories, DME companies, and portable home imaging services to give you these services at home.
